What a difference a plane makes! Although the cabin and flight crews were once again pleasant and informative, this aging DC9 of the Northwest fleet does not bring a feeling of comfort. The one time workhorse definately shows its age in the cabin interior, from the seat colors to the fuctional items visible to the eye. Still, you can't beat a flight without turbulence and a quick and efficient cabin crew. Push back from the gate was late due to "paperwork," yet we still arrived ahead of scheduled at ORD. For that, you can thank the Airlines habit of "building in time" to the schedule to keep arrival/departure statistics inline. Overall grade of B- is strictly due to the age of the aircraft.
