Investigators from the NTSB and FAA arrived at Alaska's Denali National Park yesterday, in order to begin their probe into Sunday's crash of an ALL WEST FREIGHT Fairchild C123 Provider.
All 3 crew members onboard the C123 were killed when the aircraft crashed and burst into flames on the southern flanks of Mount Healy at around 3:15pm. Since their arrival on the scene, investigators have completed an aerial reconnaissance and preliminary ground survey of the site. The aircraft was nicknamed "Large Marge" and had been used in the movie "Con Air" as "Jailbird".
