BEHIND THE CHART: Another week of fall premieres and another week where several returning series place on the chart. Leading off the way is ABC'S "Modern Family," which took home the Emmy for best comedy series. Also of note is the return of CBS's "CSI," in what is rumoured to be the last season for standout star Marg Helgenberger....Several noteworthy shows just missed the chart this week, including
"Flipping Out," "Top Chef: Just Desserts" and "The Big Bang Theory".....The 3rd season of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" kicks off this coming Monday. "Atlanta" is probably the most unpredictable of all the franchise series and in the promos for this season, it looks like the unpredictability will continue.
