TV/ DGA NOMS ANNOUNCED: The Directors Guild of America have announced the nominees for achievement in directing of television programs. Yesterday's announcement came 1 day after the DGA announced the nominees for film directing. Winners from both groups will be announced at the 62nd annual DGA Awards on January 30 in Los Angeles. Full details on all nominees can be found on the DGA website. Highlights of this years TV directing nominees are:
MOVIE/MINISERIES: Georgia O'Keefe, Gifted Hands, The Courageous Heart of Irene Sendler, Taking Chance, Grey Gardens.
DRAMA SERIES: In Treatment, Lost, Mad Men. (3 separate noms for Mad Men).
COMEDY SERIES: Curb Your Enthusiasm, Glee, Modern Family. (2 separate noms for Curb and Glee).
